摘　　要：文章介绍了开化县“钱江源开门红”工夫红茶的由来、特有的加工技术与品质特征、呈现品质的冲泡技巧,并提出“钱江源开门红”工夫红茶发展对策建议,包括筛选优势产地、制定发展规划、提升加工水平、注重龙头引领、强化品牌培育、推进茶产业数字化等方面,以期为浙江特色工夫红茶产业化发展提供借鉴。This article introduced the origin of“Qianjiangyuan Kaimenhong”congou black tea in Kaihua County,the unique processing technology and quality characteristics,brewing skills,and proposed countermeasures for the development of the black tea,including screening advantageous production areas,formulating development plans,improving processing levels,playing a pioneering role,strengthening brand cultivation,promoting the digitalization of the tea industry and other aspects,with a purpose of providing reference for the industrial development of Zhejiang specialty congou black tea.
