摘　　要：从指南概述、指南实施步骤和指南推荐意见3个方面对加拿大安大略护士协会2020年发布的《口腔健康:支持需要帮助的成人》临床实践最佳指南进行解读,帮助医护人员、病人、照护者等了解口腔健康及护理的新进展,促进指南在口腔疾病预防和护理方面的临床应用,从而提升临床护理实践质量、促进病人整体健康。This article interpreted "Oral health:supporting adults who require assistance" issued by the Registered Nurses′ Association of Ontario in 2020 from three aspects:guideline overview,guideline implementation steps,and guideline recommendations. It aimed to help medical staff,patients,and caregivers to understand the new progress of oral health and nursing,and promote the clinical application of the guidelines in the prevention and care of oral diseases,so as to improve the quality of clinical nursing practice and promote the overall health of patients.
