摘　　要：[目的]对徐大椿(以下简称徐氏)著作《医学源流论》中的“治未病”思想进行探究,从而更好地将该思想运用于临床,发挥其理论的学术特色。[方法]通过研读《医学源流论》及相关现代文献,从医与患两方面进行论述,并结合中医各家学说,概括总结其“治未病”思想。[结果]《医学源流论》涉及到“治未病”思想的相关章节有15章,中国知网数据库中相关文章有32篇。徐氏专设《防微论》阐释“治未病”思想的重要性,并在多个章节以“医”与“患”两个方面进行论述。其“溯源穷流,针砭时弊”的理论,结合中医各家思想,囊括内外妇儿各科治法治则,涵盖饮食、起居、情志、运动等多方面的调摄。徐氏要求医者时言辞锋利,但对患者多以委婉之词,在多个章节也予以反复提示,意在表明将“治未病”思想发挥最大作用,不仅仅需要医生拥有高明的医术,而且还需要患者的积极配合,以此达到“标本相得”的效果。[结论]《医学源流论》在继承前人理论基础上完善了“治未病”思想,独具特色,对中医临床具有重要的参考价值。[Objective] To explore the thought of “preventive treatment of disease” in XU Dachun’s book Yixue Yuanliu Lun, in order to better use it in clinical practice and give play to its academic characteristics. [Methods] By reading Yixue Yuanliu Lun and related modern literature research, the paper discussed from two aspects of doctor and patient, combined with various theories of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), summarized his thought of “preventive treatment of disease”. [Results] There were 15 chapters related to the thought of “preventive treatment of disease” in Yixue Yuanliu Lun, and 32 relevant articles in the CNKI database. XU Dachun specially elaborated the importance of the thought of “preventive treatment of disease” in his treatises on Prevention of Minor Illness, and discussed the two aspects of “doctor” and “patient” in several chapters. The theory of “trace to its source, criticize the current problems”, combined with the ideas of TCM, including Internal Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology and Pediatrics, including diet, daily life, emotion, sports and other aspects of the adjustment. XU used sharp words to doctors, but he often used euphemistic words to patients, in several chapters also gave repeated hints to patients. It was intended to show that the maximum effect of the thought of“preventive treatment of disease” needed not only the doctor’s excellent medical skills, but also the active cooperation of patients, so as to achieve the results of “Doctors and patients cooperate with each other”. [Conclusion] The theory of Yixue Yuanliu Lun improves the thought of “preventive treatment of disease” on the basis of previous theories, which is unique and has important reference value for TCM clinical practice.
