摘 要:将非认知能力引入社会地位获得模型,创建了NCA-B-D框架。采用中国综合社会调查数据,运用层级回归分析法和中介效应检验法,探究教育禀赋和非认知能力对个体社会地位获得的影响。研究发现:本人教育履历显著驱动社会地位生产及其再生产;父亲与母亲教育资历对子女社会地位获得存在赞助性升迁效应;非认知能力积极促进社会地位生产及再生产;非认知能力在教育引致客观社会地位当期回报与跨期回报中都发挥显著的中介效应;非认知能力在教育激发竞争性及赞助性主观社会地位获得中发挥部分中介效应;教育通过非认知能力中介路径促成竞争性和赞助性社会地位再生产。研究结果为NCA-B-D框架提供了证据支撑,揭开了教育改变命运之谜,为教育赋能夯实理论基础。The non-cognitive ability was introduced into the model of social status acquisition, and then the framework of NCA-B-D was proposed. Using the dataset of China General Social Survey, we adopted the analysis of hierarchy regressions and tests of the mediation effect, and found that:(1) the individual education endowment may significantly drive the production and reproduction of social status;(2) father’s or mother’s education benefits their children to gain social status;(3)the non-cognitive ability positively prompts individuals’ production and reproduction of social status;(4) the non-cognitive ability plays the important role of mediator in the relationship between multiple education endowments and the current reward or inter-temporal reward in terms of objective social status;(5) the correlation of subjective social status with the individual education or fathers’ education or mothers’ education has been mediated by the non-cognitive ability;(6) the reproduction of social status driven by education endowments is partially mediated by non-cognitive ability. All of these findings have proved that the framework of NCA-B-D is suitable for explaining how the education changes our fate. Consequently, the power of education will be strengthened based on the dependence of social status on education.
