数字中国的三重价值意蕴及其彰显路径

摘　　要：技术工具论的有效性与局限性使得价值成为对技术进行哲学解析的一个不可或缺的要素,同时也是技术发展的一个必要考量。对基于技术驱动的数字中国的价值意蕴解析既是对技术的价值审度和数字化背景下技术与价值关系的新阐释,更是对建设数字中国所应遵循的价值逻辑的厘清。数字中国所蕴含的民族复兴、以人民为中心和人的全面发展的三重价值意蕴体现了我国在数字化转型中关于技术之力与价值之义二者应当有效契合的高度关注,而对数字中国多元价值的逻辑厘清则是上述价值意蕴得以充分彰显的必要条件,并可为我国在数字时代的价值引领提供理论框架与实践智慧。The validity and limits of technological instrumentalism renders value a necessary component for the philosophical discussion of technologies.Meanwhile,value is also a key consideration for technological development.Explicating the value implications of digital China as driven by technologies presents a new interpretation for the relations between technologies and values in the digital era.It doubles as a new clarification for the value logics of building a digital China.National rejuvenation,peoplecentered approach and the all-around development of individuals deserve attention during the digital transformation of China.Clarifying the logics behind the diverse values of digital China constitutes a pre-condition for the highlight of these value implications.We offer a conceptual framework as well as practical wisdom for value cultivation of China in the digital era.
