摘  要:网络学习资源进化是构建高质量数字教育资源生态的关键。如何科学表征和识别网络学习资源进化状态,是网络学习资源研究的前沿议题。信息生态学视角下的网络学习资源进化呈现四项基本特征(选择性、渐进性、群智性、循环性)、五种进化状态(起始态、成长态、稳定态、衰退态、死亡态)。网络学习资源进化的终极目标指向资源应用水平的提升,而应用水平可由附着在资源上的“信息体量”进行量化表征。基于此,可以融入时间变量,构建综合资源信息体量、资源进化力以及资源进化力增长率三个要素的网络学习资源进化状态量化表征方法。该方法有望服务于网络学习资源智能管理、个性化网络学习资源推荐、网络学习资源进化预警和规律研究等场景,为“十四五”时期各地推进高质量数字教育资源建设与管理提供支持。The evolution of online learning resources is the key to building a high-quality digital education resource ecology. How to scientifically represent and identify the evolutionary state of online learning resources is a frontier issue in the research into online learning resources. From the perspective of information ecology, the evolution of online learning resources presents four basic characteristics(selectivity, gradualness, swarm intelligence and circularity) and five evolutionary states(starting state, growing state, stable state, declining state and dying state). The ultimate goal of the evolution of e-learning resources is to improve the application level of resources, which can be quantified by the“information volume”attached to the resources. Based on this, we can integrate time variables to build a quantitative representation method for the evolutionary state of online learning resources that integrates the three elements of resource information volume, resource evolution and resource evolution growth rate. This method is expected to serve such scenarios as intelligent management of online learning resources, personalized recommendation of online learning resources, early warning of the evolution of online learning resources and law research to provide support for promoting the construction and management of high-quality digital education resources throughout the“Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”period.
