人才网络视角下粤港澳大湾区创新策源能力影响机理研究

摘　　要：人才网络对区域创新策源能力的跨界要素分解具有内涵式带动作用。本研究基于人才网络视角,选取2011—2021年粤港澳大湾区创新数据,采用Haken协同演化模型,实证检验创新策源能力的影响机理。研究结果表明:粤港澳大湾区人才网络对创新策源的动力要素有显著影响,直接关联技术创新和科学创新策源能力;人才网络与产业创新策源能力密切相关,深度辐射到创新应用策源能力。据此,建议发挥人才网络对创新策源能力的内生调节功能,从人才规划体系、人才选拔标准和管理机制多维入手,激发人才网络对技术创新、产业创新、科学创新和创新应用的驱动作用,强化人才网络建设对创新策源能力的有力支撑,全面培育、发展、提升粤港澳大湾区创新策源能力,促进国家战略发展区域的创新活力。Talent network has a connotative driving role in the decomposition of transboundary elements of regional innovation source capability. Based on the perspective of talent network, this study selects the innovation data of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2011 to 2021, and adopts the Haken collaborative evolution model to empirically test the influence mechanism of the innovation strategy source capacity. The research results show that the talent network of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has a significant impact on the driving factors of innovation strategy sources, and is directly related to the technological innovation and scientific innovation strategy sources capacity;talent network is closely related to the industrial innovation strategy source capability, and deeply radiates to the innovation application strategy source capability. Accordingly, it is suggested to give full play to the endogenous regulation function of the talent network on the innovation strategy source capability, start from the multi-dimensional talent planning system,talent selection criteria and management mechanism, stimulate the driving role of the talent network in technological innovation, industrial innovation, scientific innovation and innovative application, strengthen the strong support of talent network construction for innovation strategy sources capability, comprehensively cultivate, develop and enhance the innovation strategy sources capacity of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and promote the innovation vitality of the national strategic development region.
