财务共享下销售业务处理难点及对策分析

摘　　要：在财务共享模式下,企业将重复的、适合标准化的业务集中到财务共享,依托互联网时代信息技术的高速发展,将企业内跨地区、跨类型的多元业务集中核算,对企业降低运营成本及财务费用有着重要意义。销售业务的共享,主要包括款项的收取及分配、发票的开具和入账、对账询证函的接收和处理几个方面,文章就大型多元企业实施财务共享过程中销售业务的难点进行了分析,以及如何使企业财务共享更加规范、严谨、高效进行了探讨,提出了一套行之有效的应对措施。Under the financial sharing mode,enterprises will focus on financial sharing of repeated and standardized businesses.Relying on the rapid development of information technology in the Internet era,it is of great significance for enterprises to reduce operating costs and financial expenses by centralizing the accounting of multiple businesses across regions and types within the enterprise.The sharing of sales business mainly includes the collection and distribution of funds,the issuance and entry of invoices,the receipt and processing of reconciliation confirmation letters.This paper analyzes the difficulties of sales business in the implementation of financial sharing in large diversified enterprises,and discusses how to make financial sharing more standardized,rigorous and efficient,and puts forward a set of effective countermeasures.
