摘  要:目的 探讨基于钉钉平台的阿克苏地区泌尿外科医师线上继续医学教育的应用效果。方法 选取新疆生产建设兵团第一师和阿克苏地区所属的14家医院的42名泌尿外科医生作为研究对象,采用分层随机方法将其分为试验组和对照组。试验组22名医师采用收看钉钉平台线上视频会议的形式进行继续医学教育,对照组20名医师采用传统的现场教学模式进行继续医学教育。培训结束后,对两组医师进行考核评分,统计培训的经济成本和时间成本,并进行教学满意度问卷调查。结果 试验组医师的考核分数与考核用时与对照组医师比较,其差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),试验组医师继续医学教育的经济成本和时间成本均低于对照组医师,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组医师教学满意度比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);同时,试验组医师对教学便利和对自身医疗工作影响方面的满意度均高于对照组医师,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 基于钉钉平台的线上继续医学教育具有较好的教学效果,能够节省教育成本,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of online continuing medical education for urologists in Aksu area based on DingTalk platform. Methods 42 urologists from 14 hospitals belonging to the First Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and Aksu were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group and control group by stratified random method. In the experimental group, 22 people received continuing medical education in the form of online video conference on the DingTalk platform. In the control group, 20 people received the traditional on-site teaching model. After receiving the training, teaching assessment and scoring were carried out, the economic cost and time cost of the training were calculated, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the satisfaction. Results The testing score and time showed no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(all P>0.05). The economic cost and time cost of continuing medical education in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the degree of satisfaction between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05). The degree of satisfaction of working convenience and working impact in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusions Online continuing medical education based on DingTalk platform has better teaching effect, can save education cost, and is worth popularizing.
