摘  要:为确定女贞子中花青素的最佳提取工艺,采用浸渍法,以单因素实验考察料液比、乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间以及粒径大小对提取率的影响,筛选因素及水平,再进行L_(9)(3)^(4)正交试验确定最佳提取工艺。确定最佳提取条件为:料液比为1∶20(g∶mL)、乙醇浓度60%、提取温度40℃、提取时间80min,花青素提取率为2.972mg/g。最佳提取工艺稳定可靠,可行性好。In order to determine the optimal extraction process of anthocyanins from Ligustrum lucidum, a single factor experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of the ratio of material to liquid, the concentration of ethanol, the extraction temperature, the extraction time and the particle size on the extraction rate. The factors and levels were screened, and the L_(9)(3)^4 orthogonal test was conducted to determine the optimal extraction process. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of material to liquid was 1:20(g/mL), the concentration of ethanol was 60%, the extraction temperature was 40 ℃, the extraction time was 80 min,and the extraction rate of anthocyanins was 2.972 mg/g. The optimum extraction process was stable, reliable and feasible.
