摘　　要：蒙古族长调民歌、蒙古族呼麦,是进入了人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录的项目,也是我国现有的34项人类非物质文化遗产代表作中由内蒙古自治区作为保护主体申请获批的人类非物质文化遗产代表作项目。中国蒙古族长调民歌、蒙古族呼麦申遗的成功,对蒙古族长调和呼麦的研究与保护,起到了巨大的推动作用。为推动非物质文化遗产项目的理论研究和保护实践的经验总结,内蒙古自治区有计划地制定了定期举办蒙古族长调民歌、蒙古族呼麦专题学术研讨会的长效机制。本文的撰写,即是笔者对2022年9月4日召开的,由内蒙古自治区文旅厅主办,内蒙古艺术剧院和内蒙古艺术研究院(内蒙古非遗保护中心)承办的人类非物质文化遗产代表作蒙古族长调民歌、蒙古族呼麦学术研讨会的综述。Mongolian long songs and Mongolian Khuumii are the representative works of intangible cultural heritage of human beings, and are also the list items of 34 representative works of intangible cultural heritage of human beings in China, in which the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is the subject of protection. The success of Chinese Mongolian long songs and Mongolian Khuumii’s application for the World Heritage has played a huge role in promoting the research and development of Long songs and Khuumii. In order to promote the theoretical research on intangible cultural heritage and summarize the experience of protection practice, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has planned to formulate a longterm mechanism for regularly holding special academic seminars on Mongolian long songs and Mongolian Khuumii. In this paper, the author summarized the contents of the seminar on Mongolian Long Songs and Mongolian Khuumii, which was held on September 4, 2022 and was hosted by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and hosted by the Inner Mongolia Art Theater and the Inner Mongolia Art Research Institute(Inner Mongolia Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center).
