摘 要:为开发新型药物递送系统以增强地榆鞣质的抑菌活性。本研究采用浸提和超声联用的方法从地榆饮片中提取有效成分并测定鞣质含量后,将其制备成地榆鞣质壳聚糖PLGA纳米乳液,检测其抑菌活性。结果表明,与地榆鞣质相比,地榆鞣质壳聚糖PLGA纳米乳液最低抑菌浓度由1.875 mg/mL降低到1.25 mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度由3.75 mg/mL降低到0.625 mg/mL。通过壳聚糖PLGA纳米乳液的包裹,地榆鞣质的抑菌活性得到提高。To develop novel drug delivery systems to enhance the antibacterial activity of Sanguisorba officinalis tannin.In this study,the active ingredients were extracted from Sanguisorba officinalis by methods of extraction and ultrasound combined,then the tannin content was determined.Sanguisorba officinalis tannin loading in chitosan PLGA nanoemulsion was prepared and its bacteriostatic activity was detected.The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of Sanguisorba officinalis tannin loading in chitosan PLGA nanoemulsion decreased from 1.875 mg/mL to 1.25 mg/mL,and the minimum bactericidal concentration decreased from 3.75 mg/mL to 0.625 mg/mL compared with Sanguisorba officinalis tannin.Through the encapsulation of chitosan PLGA nanoemulsion,the antibacterial activity of Sanguisorba officinalis tannin is improved.
