摘　　要：为适应新形势下制药行业的发展,培养符合现代制药企业实际需要的合格制药工程应用型人才,服务地方经济产业,明确了“应用型制药工程人才培养模式”的培养目标,提出了一系列完善教学体系、转变教学理念的教学改革思路和措施。探讨构建“校企联盟”教学模式对制药工程专业应用型人才培养的影响,实现了本专业理论与实践并重的特色培养方案,实践教学模式的改革,教师素质的转变和多层次考核的实践路径,培养了符合行业和市场需求的高素质实用型、创新型、应用型制药工程人才。To adapt to the development of the pharmaceutical industry under the new situation and cultivate qualified pharmaceutical engineering applied talents in line with the actual needs of modern pharmaceutical enterprises, and to serve local economic industries, it has defined the training goal of “training mode of applied pharmaceutical engineering”, and put forward a series of teaching reform ideas and measures to improve the teaching system and change the teaching concept. At the same time, the influence of constructing the teaching mode of “school-enterprise alliance” on the cultivation of applied talents was explored in pharmaceutical engineering specialty. The specialty’s characteristic training program with equal emphasis on theory and practice, the reform of practical teaching mode, transformation of teacher quality and practice path of multi-level assessment have been realized. It have cultivated high-quality practical, innovative and applied pharmaceutical engineering talents in line with the industry and market demand.
