摘　　要：[目的]分析焦虑障碍患者生命质量的相关因素,为制订提高患者生命质量的相应措施提供参考。[方法]使用自制问卷和慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系中的焦虑障碍量表(QLICD-AD)对120位焦虑障碍患者进行调查,并采集患者血液常规检查、尿液常规检查、生化检查结果。单因素分析采用t检验、方差分析、简单相关分析,多因素分析采用多重线性回归模型来筛选生命质量相关因素。[结果]单因素分析结果显示,性别和家庭经济情况对焦虑障碍患者生命质量有影响,其中男性患者、家庭经济情况较好的患者生命质量较其他患者好;7项临床检验指标与生命质量存在相关性。多因素分析结果显示,二氧化碳、γ-谷氨酰转移酶、中性粒细胞百分率被纳入模型,其回归系数分别为-1.649、0.354、0.444。[结论]焦虑障碍患者的生命质量与某些社会人口学因素和临床检验指标相关,了解这些信息可帮助制定临床治疗干预或健康管理对策。Objective To Analyze the related factors of the quality of life in patients with anxiety disorder so as to provide reference for formulating corresponding measures to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods The self-made questionnaires and the scale QLICD-AD(Quality of Life Instruments for Chronic Diseases-Anxiety Disorder)were used to conduct a survey for measuring quality of life in 120 patients with anxiety disorder and clinical indexes including routine blood examination,urine routine examination and biochemical examination.The statistical methods for single factor included t-test,analysis of variance and simple correlation analysis,multivariate analysis used multiple linear regression models to screen the correlation factors of quality of life.Results The results of statistical methods for single factor showed that gender and family financial status had a significant impact on the quality of life in patients with anxiety disorder.The quality of life of male patients and those who with better family financial status was better than the others.Seven clinical indexes were related to the quality of life.The results of multiple linear regression showed that carbon dioxide,Gamma-glutamyltransferase,and neutrophil granulocyte percentage were included in the model with regression coefficients of-1.649,0.354 and 0.444,respectively.Conclusions The quality of life in patients with anxiety disorder is related to some factors of social demography and clinical indexes,understanding this information can help to make clinical treatment interventions or health management strategies.
