摘 要:背膘是猪背部皮下脂肪组织,是一种白色脂肪组织,其沉积能力直接影响猪的胴体品质、瘦肉率以及种猪的繁殖性能等。在生猪生产中,背膘厚是评价生猪育肥效果和猪脂肪沉积能力的关键指标,也是种猪选育和评估母猪繁殖性能等的重要指标。本文主要综述了品种、关键基因、营养调控、饲养管理等主要因素对猪背膘厚的影响及其相关调控机制,为后续精准调控猪背膘厚进而改善猪肉品质、生猪绿色健康养殖提供一定理论依据和借鉴。Backfat is the subcutaneous adipose tissue on the back of pigs, which is a kind of white adipose tissue. Its deposition ability directly affects the carcass quality, lean percentage and reproductive performance of breeding pigs. In pig production, backfat thickness is not only a key index to evaluate the fattening effect and fat deposition ability of pigs, but also an important index for breeding and evaluating the reproductive performance of sows. The effects of breeds, key genes,nutrition regulation, feeding management and other main factors on backfat thickness and its related regulation mechanism were reviewed in this paper, providing a theoretical basis and reference for the precision nutrition regulation of backfat thickness to improve pork quality and healthy breeding of pigs.
