摘 要:自抗生素耐药性问题出现以来,微生态制剂作为抗生素的有效替代品备受关注,在动物生产领域得到广泛应用。微生态制剂涉及的菌种和菌株较多,不同菌株的代谢机制和产物活性不同,因此,其对动物健康的调节机制也不完全相同。本文综述了近几年乳杆菌和芽孢杆菌微生态制剂对动物肠道黏膜免疫功能的改善效果及可能作用机制的研究进展,为微生态制剂在畜牧生产中高效合理应用提供理论基础。Since the issue of antibiotic resistance was raised, probiotics have attracted much attention as effective alternatives to antibiotics and have been widely used in animal production. Because probiotics involve many microorganism species and strains, the metabolic mechanism and the product activity of different strains are different. Therefore, the mechanism of its regulation on animal health is also different. This review focuses on the research advance of Lactobacillus and Bacillus probiotics on the improvement of intestinal mucosal immune function and the possible action mechanisms of these strains on animals, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the high efficiency and reasonable application of probiotics in animal husbandry production.
