摘　　要：中国古代柔性管理具有区别于西方管理思想的鲜明特色。本文立足于先秦语境,梳理中国古代柔性管理的认知基础,呈现中国古代柔性管理的理论与实践,阐述中国古代柔性管理的意义与价值,构建具有中国特色的柔性管理话语体系。Chinese ancient humanized management,with dominant characteristics,is different from western management thought.In the Pre-Qing Dynasty context,this article analyzes the cognitive basis of Chinese ancient humanized management,presents its theory and practice,and illustrates its significance and value,so as to construct a humanized management discourse system with Chinese characteristics.
