摘　　要：胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤(GEP-NENs)是一种具有高度异质性的肿瘤。根据2019版世界卫生组织消化系统神经内分泌肿瘤的分类和分级标准,GEP-NENs包括分化良好的神经内分泌瘤、分化差的神经内分泌癌和混合性神经内分泌-非神经内分泌肿瘤,根据有无功能分为功能性神经内分泌肿瘤和无功能性神经内分泌肿瘤。中国临床肿瘤学会神经内分泌肿瘤专家委员会专家结合国内外研究进展,对《中国胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤专家共识(2016年版)》进行了修订更新,共识的内容包括了GEP-NENs的流行病学、临床表现、生化与影像检查、病理特征以及治疗与随访等。Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms(GEP-NENs)are highly heterogeneous tumors.According to the 2019 World Health Organization classification and grading criteria for neuroendocrine neoplasms of the gastrointestinal tract and hepatopancreatobiliary organs,GEP-NENs include well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors(NETs),poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinomas(NECs),and mixed neuroendocrine-non-neuroendocrine neoplasms(MiNENs).GEP-NETs may present as hormonally functioning or nonfunctioning tumors and may have distinct clinical features based on their sites of origin.The Expert Committee of Neuroendocrine Tumors,Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology revised and updated the 2016 version of Chinese expert consensus on GEP-NENs.The update the consensus includes the epidemiology,clinical manifestations,biochemical and imaging examinations,pathological features,and treatment and follow-up of GEP-NENs.
