摘　　要：新时代的到来给大学生思想政治教育工作带来了新机遇,也提出了新要求和新任务。高校要落实立德树人根本任务,把思想政治工作贯穿于教育教学的全过程,实现三全育人,就应将社会工作专业的价值理念和专业方法运用于思想政治教育实践,深入挖掘思政资源和育人元素,优化思想政治教育理论和实践,着力构建一体化育人体系,以实现大学生思想政治教育的创新发展。The arrival of the new era has brought new opportunities,new requirements and new tasks to the ideological and political education of college students.If colleges and universities want to implement the fundamental task of foster character and civic virtue,run ideological and political work through the whole process of education and teaching,and achieve the complete educations,they should apply the value concept and professional methods of social work specialty to the practice of ideological and political education,deeply tap ideological and political resources and elements of education,optimize the theory and practice of ideological and political education,and strive to build an integrated education system to achieve the innovative development of ideological and political education for college students.
