摘 要:目的:建立一种简便连续扫描吸收光谱-紫外分光光度法,对叶黄素片中的叶黄素含量进行测定。方法:溶剂萃取-超声提取样品,固定最大吸收波长测定系列标准溶液的吸光度,并根据对应浓度和吸光度确定标准工作曲线。结果:叶黄素在浓度范围(2.0~80.0)μg/mL内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,相对标准偏差范围3.4%~6.9%,样品回收率范围83.8%~98.4%。结论:该方法简便、快速、可靠、稳定,适用于保健品叶黄素片中叶黄素含量的快速定量测定。Objective:To establish a simple continuous scanning absorption spectroscopy-ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for the determination of lutein in lutein tablets.Methods:The samples were extracted by solvent extraction and ultrasonic extraction.The absorbance of the standard solution was determined by fixing the maximum absorption wavelength,and the standard working curve was determined according to the corresponding concentration and absorbance.Results:The linear range of lutein in the concentration range(2.0~80.0)μg/mL was good,r=0.9999,the relative standard deviation range was 3.4%~6.9%,and the recovery range was 83.8%~98.4%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,reliable and stable,and is suitable for the rapid quantitative determination of lutein in lutein tablets.
