摘 要:疫情防控常态化对我国蔬果冷链市场带来了挑战。文章研究考虑库存成本下蔬果的同城配送路径优化,使得在疫情的情况下,能最大限度节约供应商的配送成本,获得更高效益。配送成本不仅包含运输成本、货损成本和时间惩罚成本,文章还将考虑库存成本,构造满足时间窗约束的节约成本最大为目标的优化模型,并基于节约里程法的思想提出启发式算法。结果表明,优化后的路线能节约总配送成本,从而达到成本节约的目的。The normalization of epidemic prevention and control has brought challenges to China’s vegetable and fruit cold chain market. This paper studies the optimization of the same-city distribution path of vegetables and fruits under the inventory cost, so that in the case of the epidemic, the distribution cost of suppliers can be saved to the greatest extent and higher benefits can be obtained. Distribution costs not only include transportation costs, cargo damage costs and time penalty costs, this paper will also consider inventory costs, construct an optimization model that meets the time window constraints and maximize cost savings, and propose heuristic algorithms based on the idea of saving mileage method. The results show that the optimized route can save the total distribution cost, so as to achieve the purpose of cost savings.
