摘　　要：即兴能力是企业在不确定性环境中获取优势的重要竞争力。客观评价物流企业的即兴能力对于提高其决策水平,使其在模式创新中“拔得头筹”具有重要意义。文章基于专家访谈与即兴能力相关研究,从自发性、创造性、资源利用和压力承受四个方面构建了物流企业即兴能力评价指标体系,进而运用主成分分析及BP神经网络模型对物流企业即兴能力进行了综合评价。结果表明,目前我国物流企业即兴能力水平存在较大差异,总体水平不高。Improvisation capability is an important opportunity for companies to gain competitive advantage in an uncertain environment. Objective evaluation of the impromptu level of logistics enterprises is of great significance to improve their decision-making level and make them come out the top in mode innovation. Based on the employee interviews and relevant research on improvisation capability of logistics enterprises, the evaluation index system of improvisation capability of logistics enterprises is constructed from four aspects of spontaneity, creativity, use of available resources and under pressure of team improvisation. Then, the improvisation capability of logistics enterprises is evaluated comprehensively by principal component analysis and BP neural network. The results show that there are great differences in improvisation capability of logistics enterprises in China, and the overall level is not high.
