摘 要:文章研究由一个供应商与一个零售商组成的二级生鲜品冷链系统,在碳限额与交易政策下,考虑生鲜品消费者的新鲜度和环境友好度偏好以及生鲜品供应商与零售商的双边减排努力,构建该二级冷链系统的博弈模型,考虑冷链系统经济效益和环境效益的整体优化,以社会福利为指标,比较不同契约机制对该系统的协调绩效。研究发现:生鲜品零售商更偏好“批发价格+两部收费”契约,供应商偏好“成本分担+两部收费”契约,两种契约组合都能实现该冷链系统的协调,但“批发价格+两部收费”契约具有更好的鲁棒性。This paper studies the secondary fresh cold chain system composed of one supplier and one retailer, under the carbon cap-and-trade policy, considering the freshness and environmental friendliness preferences of fresh food consumers and the bilateral emission reduction efforts of fresh food suppliers and retailers, constructs a game model of the secondary cold chain system, considers the overall optimization of the economic and environmental benefits of the cold chain system,and compares the coordinated performance of different contract mechanisms on the system with social welfare as the index.The results show that fresh food retailers prefer the "wholesale price+two charges" contract, and the supplier prefers the "cost sharing+two charges" contract, and the combination of the two contracts can achieve the coordination of the cold chain system, but the "wholesale price+two charges" contract has better robustness.
