西霞院工程水下建筑物混凝土缺陷修复施工关键技术研究实践

摘　　要：水库大坝混凝土普遍存在缺陷问题,如混凝土开裂、冲蚀、剥落等,对于水面以上的缺陷,可以有多种处理材料与工艺,但对于水下部位建筑物的缺陷,受修补材料、设备及工艺的限制,长期以来一直得不到有效的解决。西霞院工程位于黄河干流上,经过黄河调水调沙运用,受到“大流量、高含沙”冲击,水下建筑物混凝土存在冲刷掏空现象。在西霞院工程水下建筑物破坏修复工作中,提出搭设水上施工平台和浇筑水下不分散混凝土的新施工工艺和方案,实施后经过一个汛期的考验,修复效果良好,该技术可为今后水下建筑物混凝土缺陷修复提供借鉴和指导。Defects are common in reservoir dam concrete,such as concrete cracking,erosion,peeling,etc.For the defects above the water surface,there can be a variety of treatment materials and technology.However,for the defects of underwater buildings,which are limited by repair materials,equipment and technology,they have not been effectively solved for a long time.Xixiyuan Project is located on the mainstream of the Yellow River.After the application of water and sand transfer in the Yellow River,it is affected by the impact of“large flow and high sand content”,and the phenomenon of erosion and hollowing out exists in the concrete of underwater buildings.In the repair work of underwater buildings in Xixiayuan Project,a new construction technology and scheme of building construction platform over water and pouring underwater anti-washout concrete are put forward,which has been tested in a flood season and proved to have good repair effect.This technology can provide reference and guidance for the repair of underwater building concrete defects in the future.
