摘  要:根据士官液压传动课程教学的特点,深入分析了教学现状与不足,有针对性地提出了课程教学改革的策略与方法,即围绕提升士官学员的液压维修保障能力,通过设计教学项目实现教学内容的融合,通过开发模拟训练系统实现与实装训练的无缝衔接,通过运用理虚实教学模式及方法实现与学员的学习规律相匹配,通过打牢理论基础和积累维修经验实现教员教学能力的提升。教学改革提升了学员实践技能,取得了良好成效。According to the characteristics of NCO hydraulic transmission course teaching,this paper deeply analyzes the current teaching situation and shortcomings,and puts forward the strategies and methods of course teaching reform,that is,to improve NCO cadets’hydraulic maintenance support ability,to achieve the integration of teaching content by designing teaching items,and to achieve seamless connection with actual training by developing a simulation training system,Through the use of the teaching mode and method of"theory,falsehood and reality",we can match the learning rules of students,and improve the teaching ability of teachers by laying a solid theoretical foundation and accumulating maintenance experience.The teaching reform has improved students’practical skills and achieved good results.
