摘　　要：为解决ZJ116型卷接机组前后烟道质量差异较大的问题,改进烟支质量控制系统,利用伺服驱动电机实现对前后烟道平准器以及吸丝带轮的独立驱动,减少了同步带打滑和断裂隐患,实现了前后烟道平准器的独立调节。以ZJ116型卷接机组生产的“白沙(硬)”牌卷烟为研究对象,对改进前后的机组进行对比测试,结果表明:改进后前后烟道20支烟的质量差异由1.27 g降低到0.078 g,降低了93.86%,有效改善了前后烟道卷烟质量的差异性。该技术可为提高卷烟质量提供技术支持。In order to solve the problem that the quality of front and rear flue of ZJ116 coiling unit is different greatly,the quality control system of cigarette is improved.Servo motor is used to realize the independent drive of front and rear suction band and ribbon wheel,which can reduce the slip and fracture hidden trouble of synchronous belt and realize the independent adjustment of front and rear suction band.??Taking"Baisha(hard)"brand cigarettes produced by ZJ116winding unit as the object,the comparison test of the units before and after the improvement shows that the quality difference of 20 cigarettes in the flue before and after the improvement is reduced from 1.27g to 0.078g,which is reduced by 93.86%,effectively improving the quality difference of cigarettes in the flue before and after the improvement.?The technology can be described as improving the quality of cigarettes to provide technical support.
