摘  要:为解决目前带锯机机床振动严重、自动化程度低等问题,基于SOLIDWORKS软件建立自动化多方位控制带锯机的三维模型,将机架模型导入ANSYS Workbench进行静力学和模态分析;以出材率、锯面粗糙度为试验指标,上下带锯轮中心距、带锯轮转速和滑车进给速度为试验因素,开展3因素3水平正交试验,验证仿真准确性和实际作业可靠性。结果表明,机架最大位移值为0.103 mm,最大应力为14.989 MPa,低于Q235结构钢许用应力;机架前12阶固有频率(49.26~210.46 Hz)与激励频率(11.70~15.00 Hz)不在同一范围,无共振。最优组合为上下带锯轮中心距为1550 mm、带锯轮转速为900 r/min、滑车进给速度为12 m/min。该组合出材率为76.84%,粗糙度为5.76μm。In order to solve problems such as serious machine tool vibration and low automation level,based on SOLIDWORKS,a three-dimensional model of automatic multi-directional control band saw machine was estab⁃lished,and frame model was imported into ANSYS Workbench for static and modal analysis.In order to verify accuracy of simulation and reliability of actual operation,orthogonal test of three factors and three levels was carried out with yield and saw surface roughness as test indicators,center distance between upper and lower band saw wheels,speed of band saw wheels and feed speed of pulley as test factors.Results showed that the maximum displacement of frame was 0.103 mm,and the maximum stress was 14.989 MPa,which was lower than allowable stress of Q235 structural steel.Natural frequencies of top twelve orders(49.26-210.46 Hz)in front of frame were not in the same range with excitation frequencies(11.70-15.00 Hz),so there was no reso⁃nance problem.Optimal combination was that center distance between upper and lower band saw wheels was 1550 mm,speed of band saw wheels was 900 r/min,and feed speed of pulley was 12 m/min.Yield was 76.84%,and roughness was 5.76μm in the combination.
