摘　　要：目的评估双歧杆菌对肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)患者的症状及负面情绪的治疗效果。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月天津市天津医院收治的腹泻型IBS或混合型IBS患者100例,随机分为试验组(n=50)及对照组(n=50)。试验组给予双歧杆菌治疗,对照组给予同等剂量的安慰剂进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后抑郁及焦虑情绪的变化,对两组患者的生活质量及疗效进行比较,探讨两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过4周治疗后,与对照组相比,试验组HAMD评分显著降低,而HAMA评分未见明显改善,同时试验组SF-36评分和治疗有效率高于对照组。结论双歧杆菌有效降低了IBS患者的抑郁评分,提升了治疗效果,显著改善了患者的生活质量。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Bifidobacterium on irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)and the negative mood.Methods A total of 100 patients with IBS and diarrhea or a mixed-stool pattern who were admitted to Tianjin Hospital from Oct.2019 to Oct.2021 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group(n=50)and a control group(n=50).The experimental group was treated with Bifidobacterium,while the control group was treated with the same dose of placebo.The changes of depression and anxiety in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The quality of life and curative effect of the two groups were compared,meanwhile,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was discussed.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the HAMD score in the experimental group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),HAMA equalization was not significantly improved.The SF-36 score and effective rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Bifidobacterium can effectively reduce the depression score of patients with IBS,and improve the treatment effect and the quality of life of patients.
