摘　　要：直肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,解剖位置关系复杂,易于复发。术前准确评估疾病的分期及新辅助放化疗后的疗效,对于治疗方案的确定具有重要意义。影像学评估是基础,本文主要对目前常见的影像学检查方法在直肠癌评估中的应用进行综述,以期为临床选择合理的影像学检查方法提供参考依据。Rectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract,which is easy to recur due to its complex anatomical relationship.Accurate preoperative assessment of disease staging and evaluation of curative effect after neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy are of great significance for the determination of treatment plan.Imaging evaluation is the basis.This article mainly reviewed the application of common imaging examination methods in the evaluation of rectal cancer,in order to provide reference for clinical selection of reasonable imaging examination methods.
