摘　　要：本文报道1例混合型嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎的临床诊疗,病变累及黏膜层、肌层和浆膜层,食管、小肠和结肠均受累。治疗过程中患者出现糖皮质激素依赖,停药后病情反复发作。期望此病例的诊治经验有助于提高临床医师对罕见类型的嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎的认识。This paper reported one case of mixed eosinophilic gastroenteritis with the involvement of mucous layer,muscular layer and serous layer,affecting esophagus,small intestine and colon simultaneously.This patient developed glucocorticoid dependence during treatment and suffered from recurring attacks after drug withdrawal.The report of this case was conducive to improve the understanding of eosinophilic gastroenteritis with rare type.
