摘  要:针对飞机整体驱动发电机(Integrated Drive Generator,IDG)可靠性要求高而故障数据较少的问题,提出小样本下基于LSSVM算法的飞机IDG可靠性分析方法。引入威布尔分布描述飞机IDG寿命分布可靠性模型;采用网格搜索法和交叉验证法对LSSVM回归模型进行参数寻优得到最优回归直线,结合图估计法得到威布尔分布的未知参数;与传统的最小二乘法所得结果进行对比分析。算例分析结果表明,新方法下飞机IDG可靠性分析精度较高,可更加客观地评价飞机IDG的可靠性;并根据该结果针对737-800飞机IDG部件提出相关维修建议。Aiming at the problem of high reliability of the integrated drive generator(IDG)and less fault data of the aircraft,a method for analyzing the IDG reliability of the aircraft based on the LSSVM algorithm with small sample is proposed. Introduced Weibull distribution to describe the reliability model of aircraft IDG life distribution;used grid search method and cross-validation method to optimize the parameters of LSSVM regression model to obtain the optimal regression line,combined with graph estimation method to obtain unknown parameters of Weibull distribution. The results obtained are compare with the results obtained by the least square method. The analysis results of the numerical examples show that the aircraft IDG reliability analysis accuracy is higher under the new method,and the reliability of the aircraft IDG can be more objectively evaluated. Based on the results,relevant maintenance recommendations are made for the IDG components of the 737-800 aircraft.
