摘  要:为探寻切削性能优良的仿生原型,探索不同仿生触土部件之间切削性能的差异,定义了仿生曲线的切削角,设计了7种仿生推土铲,并采用有限元法对比了各种推土铲水平方向的切削阻力,研究了在切削角为(60~90)°,工作深度分别为30mm、60mm、90mm条件下的切削阻力规律。研究结果表明:(1)大多数推土铲的切削阻力随切削角的减小逐渐递减,少数仿生推土铲切削阻力随切削角的减小先减小后增大;(2)在不同的工作深度下,各推土铲切削阻力随切削角的变化规律不同,切削性能最佳的仿生原型也不相同;(3)推土铲触土面准线曲率半径对切削阻力有重要影响,为获得较为理想的减阻效果,推土铲触土面准线曲率半径应随工作深度的增大而增大。研究对于触土部件的高效节能设计具有较重要的参考价值。In order to seek the bionic prototype with excellent cutting performance and explore the difference of cutting performance between different bionic soil-engaging components,the cutting angle of bionic curve was defined,seven bionic bulldozers were designed,the cutting performance of each bulldozer were compared by finite element method,the cutting resistance of bulldozers in horizontal direction was studied under the condition of cutting angle of(60~90)° and working depth of 30mm,60mm and90mm respectively.The results show that:(1)The cutting resistance of most bulldozers decreases with the decrease of cutting angle,and the cutting resistance of a few bionic bulldozers decreases firstly and then increases with the decrease of cutting angle;(2)The working depth is different,the cutting resistance law of each bulldozer is different,and the bionic prototype with the best cutting performance is also different;(3)The radius of curvature of the bulldozers’ directrix has an important influence on the cutting resistance.In order to obtain a more ideal drag reduction effect,the radius of curvature of the bulldozers’ directrix should increase with the working depth.The research has important reference value for the high efficiency and energy saving design of soil-engaging components.
