摘 要:架桥机在工作过程中,偶尔会出现车轮在轨道上的打滑现象,此现象会对车轮和轨道的性能产生重要影响。运用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立架桥机的车轮在轨道上纯滑动时,车轮和轨道的热机耦合三维有限元模型。分析车轮和轨道的温度场及应力场分布,以及不同工作参数(工作载荷、摩擦系数和滑动速度)对车轮及轨道的温度及应力的影响。分析结果显示:架桥机的最高温度在车轮上的接触区,并且呈现一直升高的趋势;轨道表面温度场分布呈细长条状,其温度呈现一个急速快速及缓慢下降的过程;车轮和轨道的最大温度和应力和工作参数(工作载荷、摩擦系数和滑动速度)呈现正相关关系。最后运用移动热源法分析了轨道的温度及塑性应变特性,其趋势与三维模型一致,说明方法可靠。During the working of bridge girder,wheel completely slide phenomenon is happen occasionally,which is badly for the wheel and rail. A three dimentional thermal-mechanical coupling model of wheel completely slide is established by ABAQUS.Temperature field and stress field distribution of wheel and rail is Analysised,as well as the results influenced by different working load,friction coefficient and velocity. The results show that the highest temperature is on the wheel,and the temperature is rised over time;The temperature shape of rail is found to be a strip,and the process of temperature is heated rapidly but cooled slowly;The biggest temperature and stress is increased with the increasing working load,friction coefficient and velocity. Temperature and plastic strain character is analysised by moving heat flux at last,the trend is accorded with the three dimensional model,the method is proved to be right.
