摘　　要：特定规格的不锈钢丝网具有优秀的物理性能,在酱香酒生产过程中非常适合用来隔离封窖。与传统的封窖方法相比,隔离封窖能降低封窖开窖过程的难度系数和劳动强度,缩短劳动时长,在减少封窖泥中谷壳残留、固体垃圾产生和延长封窖泥使用寿命等方面颇有成效,对提高基酒质量也起到了积极作用,有利于提高窖池管理水平。The stainless steel wire mesh with a specific specifications has excellent physical properties,is very suitable for isolation pit sealing in the jiangxiangxing baijiu production process,Compared with the traditional pit sealing method,the isolation pit sealing method can reduce the difficulty coefficient and the labor intensity in the pit sealing and opening process,shorten the labor time,it was effective in reducing solid waste and rice husk residue in sealing mud,and prolonging the service life of sealing mud.It also played a positive role in improving the quality of crude baijiu and the level of pit management process.
