摘　　要：为解决大尺寸塑料袋装化肥在存储仓库不同楼层间人工搬运过程中容易产生包装袋破损、肥料泄漏、人工送错楼层等问题,本文利用组态王监控系统设计软件开发了一个垂直运输电梯监控系统,可以实现化肥电梯运输过程中塑料袋破损、化肥泄漏、运动方向监视、楼层指示、呼梯选层等监控功能,提高了大尺寸塑料袋包装化肥的垂直电梯运输的效率和可靠性,并为其他塑料包装产品的垂直电梯运输监控提供了基础。In order to solve the problems of large-size plastic packaged fertilizer in the process of manual transiting between different floors of the storage warehouse, such as bag damage, fertilizer leakage, and manual delivery to the wrong floor, this paper developed a vertical transportation elevator monitoring system using the kingview software for designing monitoring system, which could accomplishment the monitoring functions of plastic bag damage, fertilizer leakage, movement direction monitoring, floor indication, and elevator selection during the transportation elevator for fertilizer, and improved the efficiency and reliability of vertical elevator transportation of large-size plastic packaged fertilizer, and it provided a basis for vertical elevator transportation monitoring of other plastic packaged products.
