《资本论》视阈下区域性金融风险作用机制研究

摘　　要：有效防范化解区域性金融风险,事关区域金融安全和区域经济稳定。基于马克思主义政治经济学理论,从区域层面运用辩证分析方法,对金融风险的作用机理进行系统研究。研究发现:《资本论》基于市场经济背景所阐述的经济危机与经济周期波动的内在规律,为现代信用体系和市场经济体制下的金融危机的形成提供了理论分析基础;区域性金融风险源于区域金融要素的空间流动,由个体风险逐步向金融部门间传递和累积而成;区域金融风险传导主要通过金融部门之间和区域内实体经济进行。这可以为防范化解区域性金融风险,促进宏观经济平稳运行提供依据与支持。Effectively preventing and defusing regional financial risks bears on regional financial security and regional economic stability.Based on the theory of Marxist political economics,this paper makes a systematic study on the mechanism of financial risks by using the dialectical analysis method from the regional level.The research findings are as follows.First,based on the background of market economy,Das Kapital elaborates the inherent law of economic crisis and economic cycle fluctuation,which provides the theoretical analysis basis for the formation of financial crisis under the modern credit system and the market economy system.Second,regional financial risks originate from the spatial flow of regional financial elements and are formed by the gradual transmission and accumulation of individual risks to financial sectors.Third,regional financial risks transmission is mainly carried out between financial sectors and the real economy within the region.The conclusions provide the basis and support for preventing and resolving regional financial risks and promoting the stable operation of macro-economy.
