摘  要:口腔微生物群是人体内最多样化的微生物群落之一,目前已经鉴定的物种分类有700多种。牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,Pg)是导致牙周炎的主要病原体之一。另外,Pg还与其它多种疾病相关,如食管癌、口腔癌、阿尔茨海默病和风湿病等。因此,Pg的精准检测对于牙周炎以及其它相关疾病的诊断具有重要的临床意义。本文将主要从细菌学、免疫学、分子生物学以及新兴技术等方面,综述Pg诊断检测相关的研究进展。Oral microbiota is one of the most diverse microbiota in human body,and more than 700 species have been identified.Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg)is one of the main pathogens causing periodontitis.Pg is also associated with many other diseases,such as esophageal cancer,oral cancer,Alzheimer’s disease and rheumatism.Therefore,the accurate detection of Pg has important clinical significance for the diagnosis of periodontitis and other related diseases.This article will review the research progress of Pg diagnosis and detection mainly from bacteriology,immunology,molecular biology and emerging technologies.
