我国速滑俱乐部初级教学质量的审视与提高

摘　　要：速滑俱乐部是速度滑冰初级教学的一种重要依托,研究速滑俱乐部初级教学现状与发展策略,对于提升速滑教学水平、推广速滑运动和为我国培养优秀的速滑后备力量具有重要意义。经实地调研及查阅相关文献资料发现,当前我国速滑俱乐部初级教学方面存在师资力量不足、教学模式单一、教练员培训体系不完善等问题。对此,提出加大力度吸引师资、加强教练员专业知识培训、优化教学模式、丰富教学方法以及加强速滑项目宣传等建议,以期提升国内速滑俱乐部初级教学的质量,为我国速度滑冰事业的发展做出贡献。Speed skating club is an important support for the primary teaching of speed skating, and it is important to study the current situation and development strategy of speed skating club primary teaching to improve the level of speed skating teaching, promote speed skating and cultivate excellent speed skating reserve force for China.After the field survey and relevant literature review, it is found that there are problems such as insufficient teachers,single teaching mode and imperfect coaching training system in China’s speed skating club teaching. For this, it is proposed to increase the efforts to attract teachers, strengthen the professional knowledge training of coaches,optimize the teaching mode, enrich the teaching methods and enhance the publicity of speed skating, in order to improve the quality of junior teaching in domestic speed skating clubs and contribute to the development of speed skating in China.
