珠海市科技创业孵化载体高质量发展举措分析

摘　　要：珠海市科技创业孵化载体自20世纪80年代末探索起步,经过三十余年的建设发展,已经成为支撑地区创新驱动发展和现代化产业体系建设的重要力量。但在产业创新资源链接深度、专业服务能力、项目端口建设及区域联动和国际化发展方面仍存在一定不足。第九届党代会以来,珠海市确立了“产业第一”和“创新主导”的发展战略。科创孵化载体作为区域创新驱动发展战略的重要组成部分,理应顺应地区产业创新发展的新要求,在产学研深度联动、主体招引培育、行业人才培养、区域资源整合等方面做出调整,实现自身的高质量发展。Business incubators in Zhuhai started in the late 1980s. After more than 30 years of construction and development,they have become an important force supporting innovation-driven development in the region and the construction of a modern industrial system. However, there are still some deficiencies in the depth of industrial innovation resources links, professional service capabilities, project port construction, regional linkage and international development. Since the 9th Party Congress, Zhuhai has established its development strategy of "industry first" and "innovation-led". As an important part of the regional innovationdriven development strategy, the incubator should meet the new requirements of regional industrial innovation development and make adjustments in Industry-University-Research’s deep linkage, enterprises introduction and cultivation, industrial talent training,regional resources integration and other aspects to achieve its own high-quality development.
