摘 要:基于某塔式容器低风速下的空塔共振校核计算过程,讨论不同标准方法判定共振的全面性和可靠性,验证国内标准以临界速度作为判断依据的准确性。分析标准计算振幅与现场实际振幅相差甚远的原因,认为在高径比较高等特殊情况下,塔器的阻尼比会出现小于标准中推荐值的例外情况,从而影响对设备安全性的判定和计算。针对空塔,提出参照烟囱计算阻尼比,然后代入求解振幅并进行相应的应力核算;再计算斯科顿数Sc,以之判定塔器是否需要添加扰流装置或减振控制系统,保证设备安全性。使用ANSYS软件对塔器空塔状态进行分析并进行疲劳强度核算,验证了该方法的可行性,可为塔器共振振幅相关计算提供一定参考。Aiming at the empty tower resonance of a tower at a low wind speed,the verification calculation was conducted,the comprehensiveness and reliability of different standard methods to determine the resonance were discussed,and the accuracy of domestic standards was verified as the judgment basis.The reason the amplitude calculated according to the standard is far from the actual amplitude that was analyzed.It is believed that under special circumstances such as high diameter,the damping ratio of the tower will appear less than the recommended value in the standard,which will affect the judgment and calculation of equipment safety.For the tower in empty condition,the damping ratio was calculated according to the stack,then the amplitude and the corresponding stress were calculated,then Sc was applied to determine whether the tower needs to add turbulence devices or the vibration control system for the safety of the equipment.The ANSYS was used to analyze the state of the empty tower and to calculate the fatigue strength.The verified method provides a certain reference for the calculating of the tower resonance amplitude.
