摘　　要：构建科学、全面的中小学体育教学风险评估指标体系是推进学校体育工作安全开展的保障.本文主要运用德尔菲法对河南省中小学体育教学风险评估指标体系进行了构建,其中包括教师因素、学生因素、环境因素和管理因素等4个一级指标、16个二级指标和54个三级指标.随后运用层次分析法对指标体系的权重进行了赋值,并根据权重排序情况提出针对性的风险防范对策,为河南省中小学体育风险管理提供理论参考.Constructing a scientific and comprehensive risk assessment index system of physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools is the guarantee to promote the safety of physical education work in schools.This paper mainly uses Delphi method to construct a risk assessment index system of physical education in primary and secondary schools in Henan province,which includes teacher factors,student factors,environmental factors,management factors and etc.4 first level indicators,16 second level indicators and 54 third level indicators.Then the weight of the index system is assigned by AHP,and the corresponding risk prevention countermeasures are put forward according to the weight order,which provides theoretical reference for sports risk management.
