摘  要:按照《静脉用药调配中心建设与管理指南(试行)》要求,建立静脉用药调配中心文档管理体系。根据体系需要,确定文档管理体系的组成,文件的制定程序并组织人员编写文档管理体系文件。建立核心规章制度,明确静脉用药调配中心文件包括范围及文件记录注意事项。规范的文档管理体系是文件传达、执行、监督、持续改进、保证结果可溯源性的关键环节,提取其中隐含的有用信息有助于科室的业务活动的开展。According to the requirements of Guidelines for the Construction and Management of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(Interim), the document management system of intravenous drug dispensing centers was established. The composition of document management system was identified according to the system requirements, the procedure of document was established, and personnel was organized to prepare document management system. The core rules and regulations were established, and the scope of documents and precautions in document record of intravenous drug dispensing center was clarified. Standardized document management system is a key link for document communication, implementation, implementation supervision, continuous improvement and ensuring the traceability of results. Extracting the hidden useful information is helpful to develop the professional activities of the department.
