摘  要:当电流通过热电偶电路时,在一个结放出热量,在另一个结吸收热量,这种效应称为Peltier效应,是非平衡态热力学的重要知识点。本文设计制作了一种基于Peltier效应的热学过程综合性研究实验装置。利用该装置实验研究了工作电流对半导体制冷片冷热端温差的影响,其结果与考虑了热传导、焦耳热效应和Peltier效应的传热模型相吻合;实验研究了冷端及保温盒内温度随时间的变化规律;重要的是利用Peltier效应在制冷过程中产生的大量热量同时开展了傅里叶热传导定律的研究。本实验装置相关实验项目应用于大学物理实验课程,教学效果良好。When the current passes through the thermocouple circuit,heat is released at one junction and absorbed at another junction.This effect is called Peltier effect,which is an important knowledge point of nonequilibrium thermodynamics.In this paper,a comprehensive experimental device for thermal process research based on Peltier effect is designed and manufactured.The effect of working current on the temperature difference between the cold and hot ends of semiconductor refrigeration sheets is experimentally studied by using the device.The result is consistent with the heat transfer model considering heat conduction,Joule heat effect and Peltier effect.The variation of temperature with time in the cold end and insulation box is studied experimentally.Especially,it is important to use the large amount of heat generated by Peltier effect in the refrigeration process to study the Fourier heat conduction law simultaneously.The related experimental items of the experimental device are applied to the college physics experiment course,and the teaching effect is good.
