摘 要:以2-氯-1-(2,4,6-三羟基苯基)乙酮为原料,在超声波和相转移催化剂TBAB辅助下与香兰素发生环合反应制备金圣草黄素。研究了TBAB用量、超声频率、超声功率、温度及时间对反应结果的影响,确定了最佳反应条件为TBAB 15%(摩尔分数)、50k Hz、350W、80℃、5 h,反应收率94.3%,产物纯度99.1%。Using 2-chloro-1-(2,4,6-trihydroxyphenyl)-ethanone as starting material, chryseriol was synthesized by cyclization reaction with vanillin under ultrasound and TBAB condition. The effect of TBAB dosage, ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic power, temperature and time on the reaction results was studied. The result showed that the optimum reaction condition was as follows: TBAB 15%(mole fraction), 50 kHz, 350 W, 80 ℃, reaction time 5 h.Under above conditions, the yield of the cyclization reaction was 94.3%,the purity of product was 99.1%.
