针刺基于"脑病治肠"治疗偏头痛的研究进展

摘　　要：偏头痛的发作常伴随胃肠道反应,大量研究证明脑肠联系密切,脑肠轴学说的提出和完善进一步证实了脑和胃肠的双向调节关系,将胃肠道功能在偏头痛治疗中的重要性推向新高度.此文从神经通路、HPA轴、脑肠肽以及肠道菌群层面对针刺治疗偏头痛研究进展进行综述,"脑病治肠"的观念提示在针刺治疗偏头痛的过程中应注意从胃肠着手,希望为目前偏头痛的治疗提供新的治疗靶点.The occurrence of migraine is often accompanied by gastrointestinal reactions.A large number of studies have proved that there is a close connection between brain and intestine.The proposal and improvement of brain-gut axis theory has further confirmed the bidirectional regulatory relationship between brain and intestine,pushing the importance of gastrointestinal function in the treatment of migraine to a new height.This paper reviews the research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine from the perspectives of neural pathway,HPA axis,brain-gut peptide and intestinal flora.The concept of"treating encephalopathy from intestine"suggests that we should pay attention to starting from stomach and intestine in acupuncture treatment of migraine,hoping to provide a new therapeutic target forthetreatment of migraine.
