摘  要:提质培优行动计划是新形势下中国为职业教育增值赋能,以质图强,从而加快推进职业教育现代化而提出的一项重大战略性举措。提升高职教师专业能力,打造高水平双师队伍,是促进高水平专业建设的现实要求,也是推进高水平高职学校建设的实力保障。主要阐述了提质培优行动计划背景下高职教师专业发展的重要性,分析了国内高职教师专业发展的现状,提出了提质培优行动计划背景下高职院校教师专业发展的途径和策略。The action plan for quality improvement and excellence cultivation is a significant strategic measure to realize value addition,enabling,strengthening with quality and acceleration of the modernization of vocational education in China.Improving vocational college teachers professional ability and building high-level double-quality teaching teams are the realistic requirement for promoting the construction of high-level specialties as well as the guarantee of boosting the construction of high-level vocational colleges.This paper expounds the importance of professional development for vocational college teachers under the background of the action plan for quality improvement and excellence cultivation,analyzes the current situation of the teachers professional development,and presents relevant ways and strategies for it.
