摘　　要：酒精性肝病(alcohol liver disease,ALD)的发病机制极为复杂,且发病率逐年上升。选择或建立恰当的动物模型是深入研究ALD的发病机制、筛选防治药物的关键。目前建立ALD动物模型的方法较多,本文从急性、慢性和特殊方法三个方面全面总结归纳了有关小鼠和大鼠ALD模型的制作方法以及各自的特点,以期为ALD的相关研究提供参考。The pathogenesis of alcoholic liver disease(ALD)is extremely complex,and the incidence is rising year by year.It is pivotal to choose or establish an appropriate animal model for the in-depth research on the pathogenesis of ALD and screening of drugs for prevention and treatment.At present,there are many methods for establishing ALD models in animals.The present study comprehensively summarized the establishment methods and characteristics of ALD models in mice and rats from the following three aspects:acute,chronic,and special methods,in order to provide references for related research on ALD.
