摘  要:由于盐类矿物的动态溶解特性受多因素的影响与控制,难以实施有效的控制溶解。本次室内试验为尽可能还原现场采矿,通过对比选择合适的实验矿样和适于老挝钾盐矿的溶矿方法。光卤石矿溶出的卤水主要有光卤石点卤水和钾石盐卤水两种,试验分别以水、NaCl母液、钠镁母液为溶矿介质,探究了溶矿介质中MgCl2含量对溶矿作用的影响及光卤石点卤水和钾石盐卤水的溶矿试验,通过光卤石点卤水和钾石盐卤水在KCl溶出量、循环量及产率等方面的对比,综合认为溶出钾石盐卤水更合理。Because the dynamic dissolution characteristics of salt minerals are affected and controlled by many factors,it is difficult to implement effective controlled dissolution.The indoor test is to reduce the on-site mining as much as possible,and select appropriate experimental ore samples and dissolution methods suitable for Laos potassium salt mine through comparison.The brine dissolved from carnallite ore mainly includes carnallite point brine and sylvite salt brine.The experiment uses water,NaCl mother liquor and sodium magnesium mother liquor as the ore dissolving medium to explore the influence of MgCl2 content in the ore dissolving medium on the ore dissolving effect and the ore dissolving test of carnallite point brine and sylvite salt brine.Through the comparison between carnallite point brine and sylvite salt brine in KCl dissolving amount,circulation amount and yield,It is considered that it is more reasonable to dissolve potash salt brine.
