摘　　要：固体氯化钙产品按结构主要分为片状、球状、粉状三种,按成分分为二水氯化钙或无水氯化钙。本文根据江西晶昊盐化有限公司氯化钙结片现状,分析如何控制结片机浆料槽液位,达到浆液不溢流且得到完美片状的产品。Solid calcium chloride products are mainly divided into flake,ball,powder three kinds according to the structure,according to the composition of calcium chloride dihydrate or anhydrous calcium chloride.According to the current situation of calcium chloride slicing in Jiangxi Jinghao Salt Chemical Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes how to control the slurry tank level of the slicing machine so that the slurry does not overflow and the perfect flake product is obtained.
