民国时期学生参与大学管理的缘起、实践与启示——以学生自治会为考察中心

摘　　要：民国初年,在前期自治的训练、五四运动的催生、自治思潮的传播以及民主制度的构建等因素推动下,学生逐渐获得参与大学管理权。学生自治会的成立是学生参与大学管理的重要体现和组织保障。以学生自治会为考察中心,民国时期学生参与大学管理大致经历了自由化、制度化、战时化和进步化4个发展阶段,呈现出教育性与政治性双重变奏、自治与他治相互博弈、民主性与民族性相互交织、反思与革新协同并进的发展特征。深入探究民国时期学生参与大学管理的缘起、实践与特征,对凸显民国时期学生人的形象和主体身份形成的脉络、丰富中国近代高等教育管理史研究以及推进当代学生组织高质量参与大学治理具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。In the early years of the Republic of China,driven by the training of early autonomy,the birth of the May 4th movement,the spread of autonomy and the construction of democratic system,students gradually gained the right to participate in university management.The establishment of student autonomy association is an important embodiment and organizational guarantee for students to participate in university management.Taking the student autonomy association as the investigation center,during the period of the Republic of China,students'participation in university management roughly experienced four development stages:liberalization,institutionalization,wartime and progress,showing the development characteristics of double variation of education and politics,mutual game between autonomy and other governance,intertwined democracy and nationality,and coordinated development of reflection and innovation.An in-depth study on the origin,practice and characteristics of students'participation in university management in the Republic of China has important theoretical significance and practical value for highlighting the context of the formation of students'human image and subject identity in the period of the Republic of China,enriching the research on the history of modern Chinese higher education management and promoting contemporary students'organization high-quality participation in university governance.
